The Millionaire in Training (M.I.T.) Project is a nonprofit organization committed to eliminating generational poverty through community financial literacy, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and asset-building. Our mission is to empower individuals—especially youth and young adults—with the financial intelligence, ownership mindset, and net-worth strategies necessary to build generational wealth. We don’t just teach money skills—we instill the mindset, discipline, and confidence required to break cycles of poverty and create lasting change.

The M.I.T. Scholar Program

Our signature youth initiative is designed for ages 14–25. The M.I.T. Scholar Program provides tiered mentorship, financial coaching, and real asset ownership opportunities to help young people build wealth and develop into future millionaires. By combining education, guided mentorship, and hands-on financial experiences, we prepare the next generation to lead with confidence and purpose.

We equip individuals and communities with the tools they need to thrive. Through financial literacy education, entrepreneurship training, and empowerment initiatives, we help people break cycles of poverty, build sustainable businesses, and strengthen local economies.

Dominion Financial Consulting and Capital

Dominion offers a streamlined system that integrates client onboarding, financial planning, and loan servicing with quarterly reviews to ensure impact, compliance, and scalability. Our services include:

Loan Products that Benefit the Community – Accessible funding with a flat-rate fee per dollar borrowed, paired with a Financial Consulting Fee to maximize sustainability and responsible borrowing.
